Welcome to AIBOTME. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before commissioning any work.
2. Services
We provide specialized technical services for algorithmic trading:
- Automated trading bot development (Python, MQL5)
- Custom technical indicators for MT5/MT4
- Expert Advisor (EA) programming
- Risk management systems
- Technical consultation and post-delivery support
3. Usage Terms
3.1 Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
3.2 Permitted Use
Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include market manipulation, fraud, or any violation of trading regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Software Rights
All code developed remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable usage license.
4.2 Client Rights
After full delivery and payment, you may use the software on your personal accounts. Resale or redistribution requires prior written consent.
5. Payment
Prices are determined by project scope, agreed upon before work begins. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to start. We accept bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency.
6. Delivery & Warranty
We commit to agreed timelines. A 30-day bug-fix warranty applies from the delivery date, covering programming errors only. Free technical support is provided for 30 days post-delivery.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Full refund available if cancelled before development begins. If unsatisfied post-delivery, we will work with you during the warranty period at no additional cost.
Risk Disclosure: Trading financial markets carries significant risk. Software we develop is a tool, not a guarantee of profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
8. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of our software.
9. Confidentiality
All client information and strategies are kept strictly confidential. We do not share data with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
